I've been feeling the exact same way. I'm typically not ADHD at all but was wondering lately if I'm developing some sort of attention deficit disorder because it was so hard for me to focus and feel grounded and eloquent during meetings. I then cut out scrolling and checking the news first thing in the morning and been going on runs and doing yoga instead. Unbelievable how hard it was at first and how "unproductive" I felt. Which I now realize was just me bullshitting myself because it really was just a lazy addiction to scrolling and my brain seeking cheap dopamine and entertainment first thing in the morning. Once I really committed to it, my focus and clarity returned almost immediately. I slipped this morning, thanks for the reminder!

@onchaincowboy I literally don't know a single person who uses cryptodotcom. Ever. And on top of that their fees & premiums are borderline criminal. Always been fascinated with that company lol.

Saw crypto dot com laid off 12% of their staff. LinkedIn says they have 7500+ employees. I've never met a single person who works there / uses their product — please reply if you do because I'm genuinely curious.
