@K_Virbs @dictator_jii CRT monitors were pretty smooth tbh, they had crazy refresh rate, u could even attempt to overclock a CRT monitor and boost its resolution or refresh rate higher than what it was designed for. It's mainly the early LCD monitors that were terrible, fuzzy/ghosting/low refresh etc..

@dictator_jii 30fps looks way worse and more noticeable in high fidelity. Back when we were playing games on fuzzy CRTs frames weren't at the front of our minds.
