Challenger players need to get their heads out of their asses and stop waiting for a clearly incompetent company to make the necessary changes. Control what you can control instead. Form a schedule where people can actually work to sustain themselves while chasing a dream.

The Challengers finances that @Aw0ba released show a pretty grim tale for challengers orgs if one of the most successful orgs is losing 10k a year. Alongside the costs making orgs drop out we’ve had many top players retire due to lack of sustainability in the scene.
