Players: Your coaches will watch you this off season. It tells them a lot about who’s committed to improving & who’s only interested when it’s convenient. No secrets & no shortcuts. You can only improve when you understand that every practice, drill, workout, day, etc., matters!

Players: Don’t say you don’t have time for extra practice/workouts, shooting, lifting, etc. when you’re spending hours a day on social media. Put the phone down & prepare! You’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish by spending some of that time getting better. Priorities.
