Couldn’t have explained Man Match any better than that. The attention to detail is key, if you understand surfaces and leverage then it can even the playing field against more skilled opponents. The fun is getting high schoolers to flip between the different disciplines.

Some DC’s like Brian Flores prefer looking different before every snap then rotating after. Others like Christian Parker prefer looking the same before every snap then rotating after. —2 high safety’s at equal depth —CB’s in 0 leverage alignment Both systems work. But Parker’s in theory is much more simplified as it’s easier to consistently rotate high to low juxtaposed to backpedaling We’ll explain this more in depth soon. (Currently wrangling a bunch of feral cabin-fever children trapped inside an Ice box)
