@mboyle1959 @dr_jump_uk @Huntereis_sc Google tells me F can be calc. in a variety of ways. Googs brings up a nice option for calculating force using springs (Hooke's Law) w/o needing accel. Maybe this option for calculating force can help this thread be less complex? FWIW, I believe we have force during isos.

Serious question. If F=MxA. How can we have force in an isometric? ( acceleration = zero) Not trolling. Looking for an explanation. I get the action/ reaction idea but am struggling with zero acceleration. @dr_jump_uk @Huntereis_sc
