Another strong performance from our Lady Trojan Flag Football Team! Our girls got past Rock Hill 20-7 and took down NAFO 30-7. Looking forward to the Tournament next week! 🟣🟡🏈

Last week was tough! Lost a tough battle 41-46, but bounced back strong this week! We beat FMHS (undefeated) 40-21 and beat CRHS 46-0! The girls are now 4-1 on the season! 🟣🟡🏈

Man a lot of players talk about playing beyond HS…but thats where it ends…Talk. The idea and sound of it gives em the warm and fuzzys. But the actual discomfort of having to truly push daily for something only 3.6% of the playing population get to do shifts the narrative You don’t get to dictate what’s hard. Only how you respond to it.

I had a great showing at the Clover Regional yesterday! I set two new pr’s and school records with 161’ 3” in discus and 53’ 7.75” in shot put! I am excited to tour Wofford tomorrow and see their campus! @wocoruns @coachturner5 @GamecockTrack
