3 things I believe about coaching Linebackers: 1. This position is more MENTAL than PHYSICAL. 2. The simpler we can make things, the faster our Linebackers will play. 3. Great Linebackers don’t need to be 6’3’’. ANY Linebacker can become elite if they master the fundamentals.
