FLOW OFFENSIVE BREAKDOWN: Here's how we use small sided games to build up our conceptual "Flow" offense. We begin 1v1 and progress up to 5v5. I also included our favorite SSG to teach dominoes, which is a 4v3 advantage drill. You can watch a couple of these in the link below.

@CountyPolk @mar5hallhoops The way we press and the press coach Marshall is talking about are different. AAU teams use Diamond press into 2-3 zone which is the laziest (but sadly most effective) defensive scheme for middle school and younger; our press forces the players to actually guard and react.
