I need to vent … @AmericanAir is the absolute worst! They change my flight, I request a refund, and they refuse. Seriously? THEY changed MY flight! Refused to give me a telephone number to call so I could discuss. Would only engage via email. Seriously?

Was on the same flight a year ago, and their 4 hour maintenance delay, caused me miss my connection and they couldn’t rebook me for 4 days. Had to cancel my entire vacation. This is why I stick with Delta. Frankly, I’d rather fly Frontier than American. They are just awful!!
