Life lesson is to find someone who you respect & see what makes him great, you can chase his greatness & along the way become the best you, you can be… I’ve never “caught” him but I’m better for having someone to chase…

I met Darnell Valentine when I was a 17 year old recruit @kuhoops (50 years ago)… The day I met him we went on a double date & my date became my lovely bride of 45 yrs DV does everything with excellence & by watching him compete & train, I became the best version of me I could

Today his goal is to see 100 years old as a healthy person & again I watched & got motivated to lose 140 lbs to do the same…
