Pat Kelsey shares a fun end of season tradition the team has before the final home game.
During the last practice, each senior gets a theme song and the team vibes out together, celebrating the group one last time.
“At the last regular season practice, we punt the ball as far as we can, I don’t know why but we’ve always done that and they all get a theme song, it was just one of the coolest things I’ve ever saw…”
After that, the tradition wraps up with each player punting a basketball as high as they can into the stands. 🏀

January 18, 2020, UConn loses a tough game to Villanova 61-55 to fall to 10-7. Up to that point Dan Hurley was 26-24 in his second season.
Since that date UConn is 157-46 with two National Championships
