Martial arts grandmaster and action star Chuck Norris has died, his family said in a statement. He was 86. Norris was a six-time undefeated World Professional Middleweight Karate champion. He founded the United Fighting Arts Federation, as well as a style of karate sometimes known as Chun Kuk Do.

UW-River Falls hadn’t made the DIII Playoffs since 1996… Today they won the Stagg Bowl for the first time ever!

The best football game that I've watched this postseason was this Division III national championship game. Very entertaining. Incredible that a few years ago UW-River Falls did not even win a game. Congratulations to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls winning the title!

UW River Falls had 20 straight years of losing seasons. That ended in 2021. Matt Walker, now in year 15 as head coach, won just 3 games TOTAL in his first three seasons. Went 0-10 year three. Joked he should have been fired Walker just led UWRF to the D3 National title.

I know Wink Martindale isn't everyone's favorite. But I have a lot of respect for him and always will. Sherrone wouldn't even speak to him near the end and Wink still stuck it out.
