@vaughtsviews Kid never comes on campus in Aug/Sept…plays for them basically Oct-March and never steps back on campus til summer ball starts but not for academics. They are enrolled there full time but can’t name 5 faculty members or a admin or a guidance counselor on the campus

Just heard on the 12th Region Sports show that Jeremiah Stiefel, who played 15 games at Scott County earlier this season, has been ruled eligible to play for West Jessamine as of today. Nice pick up just 2 weeks before tourney time.

@vaughtsviews The move now is there are schools that get their DPP to approve kids enrollment, then the school enrolls the kid in their “online” program & still lives in their old residence and only drives into practice at 4 o’clock everyday and never takes a class in the building in person

@kyhighs If they put Woodford back in the 11th where it belongs from a geographical perspective then they could put Cornerstone in with the other Shelby County schools. Just my 2 cents as well

My 2 cents on the Eighth Region situation:
The region is huge geographically, creating some unique situations.
One 3-team district and two 6-team districts isn't perfect, but it's probably the best solution in THIS region.
Don't like the 3-team Oldham district? Fine. Go join them ... but don't volunteer someone else.

My grandpa is 80 years old and is in the beginning stages of alzheimers. Crazy to see how the disease works but one things for sure, it will never take away his love for basketball. This man scored 42 points against Alabama in 1967. Most in Vanderbilt single game at the time🤍
