People with a #learningdisability are people first. They are someones daughter, son, uncle, auntie, husband or wife. We really need to do better and provide the #care people need and deserve. This is really tough watch but #important to share so things can improve! #health #NHS

Stopping smoking can feel scary or stressful. No one should do it alone; getting help from family and friends can make a big difference. By listening and reminding people why they want to stop, being kind and helping them stay strong when it’s tough.
