Reta day one! Took it earlier and Im already not hungry! Also done over 20,000 steps today so feeling good about that. Haven’t ate since brunch and have no desire too. Hopefully it keeps going like this! #edtwt #weightloss

@Coco47Wlw Going well so far, i got very little appetite & feel full after a snack! I had a bit of a headache the night of my first pin but that's it, and it kicked in after a few hours!
