Tekken 8 has hit 10,000 daily players for the FIRST TIME since Armor King joined over 6 months ago! And has hit its HIGHEST player count since Season 2 kicked off over a year ago! The game is indeed healing.

Awesome Tekken patch. • Random Side Select for Online • Random Stage on Rematch • Heat Regen removed • Toned down plus frames • Reassessment of risk-reward (Neo Mach Breaker from +5 to -9) Big challenge up ahead is addressing design issues character-by-character. My guess is future patches will either do tiny changes across the roster OR tackle small groups of the cast at a time. There's no provided timeline for future patches, but the game continues to improve. Two in a row feels good 🙏🏼

never thought i'd see the day where nunchucks no longer recover heat, small balance changes but meaningful patch thankyou namco all heat recovery in the game is gone (king throws, law nunchuck) heat plus frames reduced (lidia HAE2, Victor IAI D2) more heat cost for heat moves 🥹
