Tosin Eniolorunda and his co-Founder are Nigerian trained. All of the day one guys at Moniepoint are Nigerians and most of them are still with the company and doing very well. Moniepoint employ, in total, almost 30,000 Nigerians. They are a top employer in NIGERIA 🇳🇬. They pay a minimum of 75% percentile of the market. Junior Developers earn N1M monthly. Most earn N3M and some earn N4M monthly. They have people who earn around N10M monthly! Moniepoint remains one of the highest transacting companies in AFRICA. They are a world-class company. And if Moniepoint did not exist, Nigeria would have gone to CHINA, completely. Tosin must have spoken from a place of deep passion and pain because human capital in Nigeria is low. I have tweeted about this several times as well. Yes, we have good talent, but when you look at the larger population of the country, we have so much work to do. This is a FACT! By the way, Moniepoint has paid some employees a million dollar in stock options (IN CASH). And there are at least 15-20 people who work with Moniepoint in Nigeria who are dollar millionaires! So, to say they underpay or they take advantage of cheap labour is redundant and lazy talk. Again, criticisms should be fair and balanced. But Business Leaders should never shy away from shedding light on challenges across the country. PS: MONIEPOINT HAS PRODUCED A GEN Z A BILLIONAIRE!! JULIAN DUMEBI DURU IS ALIVE AND WELL, AND HAS TOLD HIS STORY. He was a Product Manager, then a Software Architect, before the final promotion to Principal Engineer all at Moniepoint 👏🏽👏🏽.

@Real1_balogun Norgaard is underutilized.. I feel bad for him, I love him more for his levelheaded nature... No drama, just get the job done when called on.. Arteta should do something about that

Every Arsenal signing this season has done his job. Madueke - provide cover and compete with Saka; relieve Saka of his many minutes. Norgaard - add an extra body and provide cover when needed. He played most of the domestic cup games. Zubimendi - replace Partey, be available, add fresh energy to the midfield. Hincapie - compete for the left-back spot, cover as centre back, give more options. Mosquera - provide cover for centre back, be another option as right full-back, add numbers. Kepa - provide cover and play domestic cup games. Gyokeres - lead the line, bring something different, add a ruthless edge to the attack. Be an out-and-out #9. Eze - bring a different profile, provide competition for Odegaard. Stretch the attacking unit. All these guys have been available this season. If Arsenal have suffered injuries, it's the guys that have been at the club before. These guys have all put decent shifts in. To bring seven new players in is a lot. To see them settle that well shows the kind of good environment Arsenal is. Other than Norgaard, not a single player will say he hasn't played a good number of minutes this season. They've all been involved. Arteta earns my respect there. He will only get better at managing his squad. Berta has earned his money too. Good window, in my opinion. However this season ends, they should consolidate.

Myles Lewis-skelly exposing Martin Zubimendi as he is having a good game Vs Fulham. Skelly has brought something we have been missing in our midfield whenever Zubimendi plays. He holds on to the ball and he can't be dispossessed easily. He carries it forward and is also very aggressive. If you have noticed Bukayo Saka is receiving the ball with one man to beat all because of the speed the ball is moving on. Declan Rice has finally got the freedom to join the attack as it's Lewis Skelly collecting more the ball from our defenders and also dropping in-between our central defenders something Declan Rice has been doing thus having many players in our own half but today it's a bit different. We can turn Lewis SKelly to our Thomas Partey if his development is handled very well. I must say I am impressed with his performance in this game. Your thoughts 🤔

In football, rare things happen sometimes. Those rare things can completely change the fate of the person involved. Imagine when Gareth Bale became one of the best attackers in the world from his previous left-back position. See how Javier Mascherano became a major part of that successful Barcelona team under Pep Guardiola after he changed from DM to centre back. The story of Mateusz Zukowski is similar in a more pleasant way. Zukowski is 24 and Polish. His career began at Lechia Gdansk in his home country. He joined Rangers from the club in 2022 and was played as a full-back. He had only one appearance during his time in Scotland and returned to Poland. When he returned to his home country, he was played as a winger. His performances were barely decent, only scoring three times in sixty-six games. Last season, he suffered a bad injury that kept him out for long spells. Fate travels with Zukowski and he enjoyed a beautiful stroke of fortune when 2. Bundesliga side Magdeburg signed him for €250k during the summer transfer window. He didn’t play in the first 8 games of the season. Remember, he’s a full-back. The story soon took an interesting turn. When he returned from injury, in what felt like an epiphany, Magdeburg converted him to a #9. The result? Extraordinary. He’s scored 17 goals in his last 18 games, and he’s the top scorer of the league despite his team’s overall struggles. Everything has happened in less than a year. This game will never cease to amaze me.

@MartinsCyn English everywhere, but I'm a sorry to say this is hogwash, if it is any other top European team y'all won't be saying this and only because of the long years of no silverware. Take that out you'll see how flawed everything said is. We'll all be fine regardless

There is nothing special about this Arsenal side. They are an elite, well-drilled machine....but every machine has a kill switch. If you want to outplay them, don't play their game. If you want to beat them, don't match their rhythm. Break it. Suffocate their build-up, Saliba or Zubimendi will fold and the whole structure starts to creak. Arteta's system is built on control tempo, spacing, composure. Deny them those three things, and suddenly simple passes become complicated, midfield dominance evaporates, and the errors begin to creep in. Press them relentlessly, press them aggressively but with intelligence. Not reckless chaos.......calculated aggression. Force them into uncomfortable areas, rush their decisions, and make every touch feel heavy. Once they wobble, attack with conviction. Test the goalkeeper repeatedly with shots, quick and early. Even the best eventually crack under sustained pressure. Football, like life, rewards volume. Then comes the inevitable Martinelli switch. Whenever Arsenal need an injection of chaos, he is usually the card Arteta plays. To counter that, you need a right-back with pace, strength, and a touch of controlled violence. Match his speed, dominate the duel, and Arsenal lose one of their most dangerous escape routes. And then, of course, the set pieces. Arsenal have turned dead balls into an art form. Remove that weapon, and their cutting edge diminishes significantly. No cheap fouls. No needless corners. No invitations. Manchester United demonstrated this perfectly at the Emirates. That result was not fortune......it was tactical execution. Atlético Madrid showed flashes of the same blueprint, particularly in the second half. They disrupted Arsenal, unsettled them, and created the exact kind of chaos Arsenal dislike. Their only crime was failing to land the decisive second blow. And history offers a familiar warning. March to June has often been Arsenal's annual system reboot period when the software starts lagging, the fans start buffering, and the title challenge suddenly needs troubleshooting.

Atlético Madrid and Man Utd are the two teams to record the most shots against Arsenal in a single game this season 😮‍💨 Arsenal didn’t lose either match 🧱

From this to that! Everything changed for Oba Femi the moment he left Nigeria for USA. In 2015, he was still a secondary boy in Lagos, hoping to make it in Athletics. But in just about 4yrs in WWE, he is now winning at #WrestleMania Sometimes, you just have to leave Nigeria

This is a very stupid post. It’s common sense why Chelsea will not want Mikel Obi Involved in their tours! He sits on a podcast and talk down on the players and managers and you want the same manager and players to go on tour with him?. Honestly 🤦🏾‍♂️! Mikel lacks emotional intelligence. He talks like a drunk. He talks like someone that didn’t play the game. There’s 0 difference between Mikel Obi and Daniel Regha. Two fools. Chelsea will be heading to a huge market in Nigeria and they don’t want any bad energy with fake accent.
Mr Junior Ebong🧛‍♂️🇱🇮@Optimus_Dracula

They are using Victor Moses for the visit to Lagos instead of John Mikel Obi, who is more of a Chelsea legend than the former. Guess why? You guessed right: they don’t want anyone who openly speaks against them.
