@thomasabato @S_N_SH_E_ It’s not so much a new hack as it a new tool. We’ve been working on tools to help developers build faster and those tools have taken us from the equivalent to using a spoon to dig a hole to a shovel, and now we have an excavator. The machine is doing the hard work now.

@S_N_SH_E_ When new “hacks” like AI come out, the capacity of work a human can do doesn’t go down. So there will always be those willing to work harder to push the ball along, because the new hack just becomes the new standard. Everyone is doing it.

genuine question if AI makes you “10x faster” why are people still working the same 8–10 hours ? faster coding faster debugging faster research so where is the time going ? are we actually faster or just doing more work for the same pay ?

@S_N_SH_E_ Your doing less work for the same pay. You may be getting more accomplished but you aren’t having to work near as hard.
