Nagrania ujawniły zależności, ale pokazały też, jak minister spraw zagranicznych państwa członkowskiego melduje rosyjskiemu ministrowi wykonanie zadania i prosi o cierpliwość. Niczego obrzydliwszego nie można było się spodziewać i to jest dyskwalifikujące.
