Why does Drury think they've had such a low hit rate on draft picks and are changes needed on the development side? "It’s a deep dive into each department (scouting and development). We’re taking a look at decisions we made, picks we've made, development stuff that we've done for different players. We have traded away a lot of picks and a few prospects along the way. We're excited with the ones that are here and that are playing for the Rangers now. I feel like we have a lot of good prospects that aren't in Hartford, that are playing in college or junior or Europe. We’ll continue to find ways to have all of them reach their potential." #NYR
