I think its better to stop all these things. 1. Mother-tongue - Tamil or Telugu or Kanadam or Bengali or Marathi 2. English - Universal language. I dont understand why this is some complicated for few people to understand. The more people impose Hindi, the more, people will go against it. Especially Gen - Z people.

The ideal language policy for India is 3 language policy. 1) Sanskrit - mandatory Indian language from Kashmir to Kanyakumari 2) English - A need for modern world 3) Mothertongue ( Kannada, Telugu,Tulu, Hindi etc)
