We know there are many other factors that go into picking teams for your child, but these questions could give great insight and help toward making these decisions!

You can also get specific, for example, in baseball: ⚾️how do you develop pitchers at this age? ⚾️what do velocity development plans look like? If they have answers to these questions and can communicate reasons for their particular routines and decisions, that is great! 👍🏼
