@Conexus_CU ah nothing like waiting on the phone for nearly 20 minutes, music stops (so being transferred) only to get silence for 30 seconds and then hung up on. Teach your staff to unmute their mics or fix your call transfer system

@Conexus_CU okay Day 4 of being unable to log into my Conexus account. Can't even get password reset as both email and text never sends. I can't even call support as says call volume is too high. Great job. Resets don't work. Calling is disabled. Great fucking customer service!!
