@FurlencoSupport Awaiting for resolving this issue. Was promised a replacement on Apr 19 and nothing has been done till date. Pathetic service and even after sending a DM no reply has been received !!!

@AjithKarimpana Please solve my problem. It has been 2 months but the customer care has not resolved my query despite chatbot, phone calls with @FurlencoSupport @FURLENCO. Finance team has no answers on details of the invoice charged. I have paid the bills in full already.
