Tomorrow is first day with students. Sadly I had a conflict BEFORE I got hired so I can't be there (sound of heart being ripped out) But I have an amazing co-teacher who is getting the "ball" rolling... and by ball, I mean dice. Students will be greeted at the door, asked a question about themselves, given dice and directions for the game Farkle. They will play in groups of 3. In this class, we have fun, work together, strategize, value different ways of doing things, and communicate our because. #LearnLap
