@CityPowerJhb If you notified the dayshift sooner it could have been sorted already. Off since 8am, technicians only notified just before 5pm. You guys just do not care!

@CityPowerJhb @boyza35 Any update on the Groblerpark outage, surely technicians have been dispatched since 8am this morning. For us no electricity means no water too! I have small kids and DO NOT have the funds to buy generators and bottled water or take outs as the sole provider for my family!!!
