Okay i need some help, anyone got any tips for fixing my sleep schedule? Ive tried alarms, no screen 1hr before bed, workout, eat, and more but nothing seems to work. Im about to turn to witchcraft

@SYN0YD Yes then just wake up at the consistent time and you’ll start to get tired around 8-9 hours before that

@CoryBxt i get tired varying from 9pm and 8am. and always drink alot of water before i go bed
