It's been a full week of people running the HOT-HF Technical Migration Test. Yesterday wrapped up with over 50 folks from the community testing simultaneously and asynchronously — real people, real transactions, real network conditions. And the testing delivered what it was supposed to. Every issue surfaced now is one fewer surprise at launch. Most importantly: core functionality worked. Thank you to everyone who showed up this past week — running transactions, reporting issues, and joining yesterday's group calls. You're helping shape this. And a special shout-out to the smaller group who have been testing for months. You're incredible. More testing ahead. Every cycle brings us closer to the infrastructure we need.
