25 July: Brutal day flying @FlyAirNZ to Brisbane. 6:35am flight cancelled, rebooked to 4pm, delayed to 9pm. Then 1hr wait for luggage. Checked into an overpriced hotel after midnight ($326). Silver lining: @covermore paid out fast. #travelwoes #delayedagain

@CoverMore really disappointed in the service from your company after purchasing travel insurance through @CostcoTravel. It's been over 2 months since I submitted a claim for travel delay and still not reimbursed - when I call I keep getting told its "under review" - why??

Why @Costco wants to partner with @CoverMore insurance company when they are not practically helpful to a customer. I bought this insurance for 30days and asked to refund my money back for rest of the 24 days and now they are acting so rude and annoying. Such a scam!!!

@CoverMore why have an overseas Help telephone number when you only work Australian business hours?? People who are travelling and want help with an insurance claim want to be able to do it in their time, not your time. Please reconsider your business model.

@CoverMore This company is hopeless for communication, had a claim denied (Covid) because I didn’t see Dr on cruise (last night of trip) and I didn’t get my GP to write certificate , I am self employed 🤦‍♀️ Requested a review over 2 months ago and heard nothing !!
