The sheer absurdity of A PM who made his life and fortune outside of Canada, being fawned over by a musician who made her life and fortune outside of Canada, at an event sponsored by government-funded media and hosted by a Canadian-born comedian whose life/living is based in the UK just cannot be matched in its hypocrisy. The closest second being the brief Canadian visit of Mike Myers, who also made his life and fortune outside of Canada but felt compelled to pop in to raise his elbows for the sake of Canadians. All of them united in assuring everyday Canadians how fortunate we are , blessed even, to have Mark Carney at the helm. Who’s your daddy?
