This whole forward progress and moving the pile thing is so inconsistently officiated. Whittington clearly gets in and was never down, but play is whistled dead before he gets it over the line.

@JoshuaTufts @r3ignG0d Have we ever discussed this? Also broke my femur and had same casting (even went halfway up by torso) but mine was at age 3 when my brother hit me with a tricycle and I flipped over and snapped it on the curb. Good times.

@r3ignG0d Nah. But I did wake up during the surgery and then in recovery with a mess of IVs and a metal pin through my tibia. I was sent home weeks later in a cast that went all the way down one leg and halfway down the other with a metal bar in between. It was cool. Nah.

I'm usually not bothered by announcers, but, um, feels very much like the TV crew is trying super hard to push this narrative that Penn State is on the same level as Oregon or better. Yet [checks notes] Oregon is leading by 15, and has beaten the spread so far, and has torched a vaunted defense.
