@fortuneforest @nejatian Bullshit. I received a great offer
Just to test it out.
English

$OPEN
Everyone I hear talking about this company has one MAJOR complaint.
They are unusable, and their offers are insulting to people who have spent their lives taking care of their properties.
Short $OPEN
@nejatian is not going to save this dumpster fire of a company, and he is only trying to sell you a dream so he can get paid.
Read below, actual people, actual testimony.

People still think $OPEN is just an iBuyer.
That's like thinking $CVNA is just a car dealer.
It's not.
The car was never the business.
Finance & insurance were.
Today:
CVNA gross profit per unit = $7,024
And 40% of that comes from financing.
Now think about houses.
Average home price ≈ $365K
Average car price ≈ $25K
Every financial attachment on a house generates 10–15x more dollars than the same attachment on a car.
Mortgage. Title. Insurance. Closing services.
The home becomes the distribution channel.
The financial stack becomes the business.
Kaz built Shop Pay Installments from zero to dominant in a year. He just launched a 4.99% mortgage at OPEN. Same playbook.
Meanwhile the cost structure is collapsing:
• Headcount down ~40%
• Rabois thinks the platform can run with ~200 people
• AI does the underwriting, pricing, and workflow
That's operating leverage the Street isn't modeling.
If OPEN reaches $20B revenue and attaches financial products like CVNA did…
Gross profit ≈ $4B+
At CVNA's current EV/GP multiple that implies roughly:
OPEN at $80+ per share.
And that assumes no premium for faster growth.
The old debate was: "Does iBuying work?"
The better question now is: Is Opendoor quietly becoming a housing fintech platform?
Because if that's the right framing…
$82 might end up being the floor, not the target.
People asking for OPEN targets:
End of 2026: $18-28
End of 2027: $80-110
End of 2028: $130-180
Using forward EV/GP, not EV/Revenue. The math works at a discount to CVNA's current multiple. It works even better if you give OPEN a growth premium for 80%+ YoY.

For everyone who doesn’t know yet, this is Opendoor Technologies:
It only takes 12 minutes to buy a home.
No real estate agent, no lenders, no paperwork and no hassle.
You choose. You click. You own.
The future is here. Welcome.
Ticker: $OPEN
Nugget@Nugget_Trades
FASTER💨: $OPEN now shows an estimated 12-minute path from entering the process to confirming an offer. Traditional home buying requires coordination between agents, lenders, and paperwork before momentum even starts. Not just convenience — shortening the intent-to-transaction gap directly drives higher conversion. 🔑

@urbnsteezus @techbudsolution Paid for by the scam he is running on beginners with his courses!
English

@sto_spencer @urbnsteezus @Opendoor The housing market is going to rebound. The new leadership and open door is going into mortgages/titles, etc.
Look up who the new CEO is.
He came from Shopify was a number two guy there and all he did was succeed. He’s bringing all that into open.
English

@sto_spencer @urbnsteezus @Opendoor Leadership of a company is one of the most important things. In addition, he chose to take a one dollar salary. If this company does not succeed, he will not succeed. Do some research and close your shorts you won’t be disappointed.
English

@CryptoRich511 @urbnsteezus @Opendoor please explain your thought process behind 30$ price target when the company does nothing but sell homes for a loss.
English

@techbudsolution You better close your short position soon. This thing is going to $10 soon then $20 this is your final warning.
English

Isn’t it funny how every #memestock is established with a terrible dying business. GameStop, Beyondmeat, AMC, and now #opendoor. They choose these low float stocks because they’re easy to manipulate. Very sad for those beginners who get fooled!

@Charlie1691 True embarrassments
Who are worthy of wearing the uniform.

@techbudsolution I used to follow you you must be bleeding followers. And now you’re desperate open is going to 10 in a few months so you better close your short position by next year it will be 20 tread lightly.
English

OpenDoor investors were losing 3% per year due to inflation so they decided to “invest” into #opendoor
Now they lose 20% a month bag holding this #memestock #opendoorarmy
