Wrapped Exists sounds like a minor checkbox. It's not.
It flags whether a token has wrapped versions on other chains, more DeFi access, more ecosystems, more users.
Aave has it. Wrapped across multiple protocols and chains. Part of why its liquidity score sits at 99/100.
Solana has none. That's not a red flag. Solana IS the chain. Absence here is neutral, not weakness.
Here's what most people miss: wrapped tokens rely on bridges. And bridges are one of the most exploited attack surfaces in crypto. More reach = more risk.
Unless you need a wrapped version for a specific DeFi strategy, the original token on its native chain is the safer hold.
