Why is PRIDE held in June? In June 1969, a group of LGBTQ+ people in NYC rioted following a police raid of the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar. The following year organized demonstrations took place in NYC, LA & SF to mark the 1-year anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. #LOVE #PRIDE

Today we mourn & celebrate the lives of all who have died in service to our country. Visiting the Arlington National Cemetery is a way to honor those we have lost. The grounds honor those who have served our nation & provide a sense of beauty & peace to guests. #MemorialDay
