@SirJessums I'd love a Bombardier Beetle monster, but I think the lowest hanging fruit that we haven't hit yet is probably a Rhinoceros. Monoblos kinda hits it but he's more of a Styracosaurus. Also a Leopard, but it would kinda be Narga 2. Maybe bring in that one from the Orage manga?

@gregthesorcerer Genetically I think they're a more derived form of Elf, like the Hobgoblin is to the standard Goblin. I think elves are mammals? Human/Elf hybridization is well documented, but magic may be what lets it happen.

Are gnomes considered a type of primate?

@SirJessums While the obvious answer is a magma based fire/blast subspecies, I think a sand based one with high Stun buildup ala Copper Blangonga could be fun.

I always think about which monsters deserve a sub species or variant and usually Velkhana or Seregios come to mind.
But then there’s monsters that I want to see get one that aren’t talked about a lot, like Tetranadon, I’d like to see him get a sub or variant.

@Peko_girlboss 120 speed, but like 80 as it's next highest stat and it gets Stall as the only ability (God hates fungi)

Fascinating that we get a new mushroom pokemon every odd numbered generation, I hope we get one in Gen 11 that’s like 120 base speed so the spore meta can take off

@ES4613424423 Xu Wu would absolutely have Ambush Secret. 25% more damage on sneak attacks would be cracked. Espinas would have Foray Secret with Attack+20 and 30% Affinity to pair with his Poison/Fire weapons, and Tzitzi would probably get Wide Range Secret, which would allow Max Potion spread

@ES4613424423 They removed them in Wilds, but what if the Rath back breaks could only happen after you knocked them out of the air? It would suck to do, so maybe they autobreak the third time?

Monster Hunter fans, todays muse is unique cases where a monster's part break can only be done if a certain condition is met, such as specific state (heated Glavenus) or exposed periodically (Gore feelers)
What other cases would you envision where a part break requires puzzling?
