I took a closer look at Dark Voyager's odd behavior in OG, and I think I might have figured out what he thought. Lemme lay it out, maybe I'm onto something? In this theory, it's assumed that Reality: Unknown was unfamiliar to him, meaning it was just one of many Realities encountered during his mission: 1. Arrival = He simply arrived in Reality: Unknown and began scanning the Island, but remember the scan direction 2. First tilt and rotation = First unusual behavior. Atp, I believe the scan did not detect a Zero Point Shard, but it did pick up the outline of a metallic structure beneath the ground (The Vault), the focus made sense! 3. Second tilt and rotation = Driven by curiosity, he followed the detected outline further around the area 4. Focus on the center of Loot Lake = He recognized a kind of pattern leading toward the center, where he then observed the Cube fragments and may have begun to understand that smth crucial happened here, or what happened here! 5. Leaving = With all previous steps in mind, although he still did not find the Zero Point Shard here, he now carries an observation with him! Means that everything that happens here WILL be on his radar, and he WILL return when it becomes relevant or useful. Maybe he did nothing further because he wants to see what will happen here? Maybe a way to find the final Shard faster? Or a place to bring the Zero Point in case it's in danger? Lemme know what You think, and thanks for reading, fam!😏🔥 We'll get back here.

@mg122c @cl_jecka Ohhhhhh I honestly thought that was just to simplify the background and everything. I must’ve not noticed that since I wasn’t really into storytelling that much when I first watched BFB. Kinda wonder if they had planned for Yoyle City to be moved underground all this time.

it just infuriates me that steve got laid off, how can epic's higher ups & hr be so incompetent like i don't get it why on earth did ya'll lay off the narrative director who was the very reason why people were getting invested in the story again??

So can we like get an update on the direction of the story and whether it's in good hands or not? Because Epic laid off an amazing Narrative Director (who is the reason why the story is so good right now) along with the other 1k+ employees two weeks ago for no good reason. Like... who's directing the story now? Is it all on just the writers again? We need some transparency here because I find it super hypocritical that Tim claimed the story is a going to be the main focus for Epic, but they got rid of the Narrative Director & Lead Writer. I'm still very angry about the layoffs because none of it would've ever happened in the first place had Tim not been such a stubborn & impatient person with his metaverse. At least before Donald left Epic got Charlie for the time being who likely later on had Epic create a Narrative Director position because CCOs don't usually deal with storytelling. But now there's like nobody there from what we know other than the writers... So how can I believe that the story is now the main focus and it'll continue to do well moving forward if we don't even have a Narrative Director to help guide the writers?

@thisnotgeorgie_ @SillyRetto You know what that’s fair lol. Some might prefer V4’s artstyle over Updog, while a VERY small portion of people might prefer V2’s style over Updog (If there’s even someone that has that opinion.) Something like that I guess.

- You’re saying this like as if they should cater to everyone in EVERY mode, and while I can see that argument for modes like BR for example, I don’t see that argument working for this mode specifically, as it’s MEANT to be for the Fortnite Competitive community.

I am a Zero Build player and I disagree. This mode is meant to be for people that want to improve their building skills in the game AND get into the game’s competitive scene more. Zero Build is meant to cater more towards a casual audience-

How are Zero Build players going to get this backbling? Fortnite Arenas Boxfights releases on April 9th and if you win 300 rounds you will be rewarded the Builder's Crest backbling. That is IMPOSSIBLE for ZB players or even employed build players. They could easily come out with a 1v1 or 2v2 ZB game mode as well. Those literally exist as UEFN maps already. Don't you think it's weird that Fortnite constantly shuns the dominate game mode that has kept this game alive for the last 4 years? No one even plays Ranked build anymore. It's over. Pack your bags bud!
