@CurragowerBar @zuroph @Squifferito @8 I think it’s more-so lazy drunks than overflowing bins. I was up at 3am this morning and as I was cycling along the river there was still people about drinking so hard for them to police that. Tbf, last summer they wouldn’t serve you if you were drinking on the strand.
