We recently led a dynamic conversation with the young leaders of @MikvaDC’s Elections in Action Fellows. We discussed civic engagement and supporting communities through politics, as well as #DrawingConnections to how those activities can be part of sexual violence prevention!

TODAY: The DC Council will hold its second reading and final vote on the FY24 budget. We urge the @councilofdc to vote in support of $10.5 million for victim services and sexual assault services.

To close out #DCSAAM, DCCESV co-hosted a Stewards of Children training with coalition member @SafeShoresDC. Held at Pilgrim Baptist Church, the training focused on teaching adults in DC’s robust faith community how to recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse.
