To be honest I think Tork's struggles were all mental. I only say that because of how hot and cold he can go. Kind of reminds me of Justin Upton when he was with the Tigers with his how streaky he can be. But man Jack just can't find the zone. Too many hit batters, too many free passes, they're hitting the ball hard. He's had 4 seasons with an ERA below 4.00. That's it. At some point you have to accept players for what their track record shows, and need to understand Fetter is human and cannot fix everyone lol
