🚨BREAKING: St. Paul police violated constitutional rights to protect ICE…
And a judge just shut it down instantly.
Anti-ICE protester, Emily Heather Phillips, was arrested for “disrupting a religious service” outside Cities Church yesterday…
Except she wasn’t inside the church, she wasn’t blocking anyone from going to church, and wasn’t doing anything illegal.
She was across the street… (as seen in the video)
Protesting a pastor, David Easterwood, who also works as an ICE field office director…
This was targeted political speech, on public property… and police still arrested her anyway.
And somehow that turned into FOUR criminal charges.
Then it went to court… and immediately collapsed.
The judge’s exact words: “she couldn’t find any probable cause.”
No probable cause means this arrest should have never happened.
You don’t get to override the First Amendment because someone with power doesn’t like being protested…
And you don’t get to arrest people for standing across the street just to protect an ICE official from criticism.
That’s using the law as a weapon… and hoping no one notices.

I started my original Twitter account in 2009 to talk about football. I only tweeted about football, I only followed football related accounts and I only commented on and participated in discussions about football.
My entire timeline was football.
Once Elon bought Twitter, I would randomly get a Benny Johnson or Charlie Kirk, etc post popping up in my timeline. Daily. No matter how many times I clicked “not interested,” muted people, blocked people, it didn’t matter.
He bought this app to systematically brainwash Americans and we really should talk about it more.

Part of it is that Elon pushes out push notifications for these alt-right propaganda slop accounts. If you create a new account on mobile, follow no one, and have your location set as US, you will almost certainly get notifications about Nick Sortor, Eric Daugherty and Jackson Hinkle tweets within the first two weeks.

Most Europeans have no idea how absolutely furious with Europe America is. This is not just another disagreement. Betrayal is not something you just let slide. And the mouthy responses from Europeans are pouring gas on that fire. They have misjudged the situation gravely & it will have grave consequences for Europe— economically AND militarily.

Putin has to make up his mind: is he afraid of a potential NATO expansion and therefore decides to invade Ukraine (which, by the way, wasn’t allowed into NATO) or is he not afraid of NATO because he considers them a “paper tiger”?

I find it amusing at just how much hatred there is towards France, because when you think about it, they ought to be the allies MAGA pretends they want:
1) they have and fund their own military, including their own nuclear weapons and defence industry/ production.
2) they share intel with the U.S.
3) they don’t have American bases on their soil that are supposedly draining the American taxpayer.
4) they opposed the war in Iraq, which is something that JD Vance - they current sitting Vice President of the United States of America said that ALL Europeans should have done.
So what’s the problem?
