THIS IS MARCH! The Girls Basketball team did it again. With the 48-35 victory over Mountain View, the program has now advanced to the Final 4 for the second time in program history. Olivia Jones scored 21 points & Rosie Martino finished with 15 in a total team effort. #WonTheDay

@docmasse Final Score: Sullivan County - 69 Lourdes Regional - 56 Lucas King’s all-around play in the second half was the difference in helping the Griffins reach the D4 Class 1A gold medal game. Tucker Blasi huge game as well going for 26 pts. King finished with 24.

I know I am not a frequent X-er (formerly tweeter) but Shedeur Sanders and Joe Flacco were selected as Pro Bowl quarterbacks and Bill Belichick didn’t make the HOF on his first ballot. As a Dolphins fan I hate the Patriots, but as a a realist I’m asking what 🌍 are we living in?

Girls Basketball lost to Hughesville 58-39. The girls gave a valiant effort against a state title contender in 3A. Kailee Helwig (17 pts), Macie Swank (12 pts), & Olivia Jones (10 pts) each finished in double figures for the Tigers.

The NFL is going down hill. I’m a @MiamiDolphins fan and they stink so I have no skin in the game. If you don’t think the NFL is rigged, or any other professional sport for that matter, I’d consider a reconsider to your thought process in 2026.

@WPIAL_Insider You said “Let Aliquippa play 2A”. I was just stating the fact that when they did in the 2015 state title game, Southern won via the Mercy Rule. The Quips have had a TREMENDOUS amount of success and a rich history. Instead of being negative, why not just compliment greatness?

You’re proving my point, dink. Aliquippa chose to play up because they wanted to challenge themselves, then were forced up again. They’ve won states in higher classifications. SC winning at this clip while other 2A schools move up voluntarily IS the point
