She was reportedly walking northbound from that intersection. Debra is approximately 5’10”, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and graying brown hair. At this time, it is unknown of what she was last seen wearing. If you see Debra or have any information about her whereabouts, please call 911 immediately so officers can check her welfare.
