I have rang 5 times to chase my tickets now as I don't have them....how about sorting this out. I have just been told to collect on the day, not acceptable since the tickets were ordered in September. I am not standing in a queue to do this either. Resend them.

@HPSupport Avoid HP Printers they are a waste of time and money they DONT WORK PROPERLY and there support on here just guess there way through. New printer which is sold as 'easy' and effortless' is nothing of the sort. HP Support is just as poor.
