We had someone come.to "make safe" and a surveyor came on Monday only for this to happen hours later. @haringeycouncil our of hours say it's not an emergency As for the internal .....

@ContactHaringey @haringeycouncil I believe a repair has been logged but it is not specific as the online portal does not allow the customer interface to see the exact details of the intended repair. We are family of 3 including a toddler and pensioner with reduced mobility - this is Terrible service

@ContactHaringey @haringeycouncil This was reported on 3rd Feb, since then it took 2 weeks for a make safe and a surveyor to attend. Shortly after the visit, in the evening, we discovered the continuous leak had reoccurred. The repairs team was called but no availability.....

@ContactHaringey @haringeycouncil My mother phoned yesterday, no avail, I phone out of hours today and they did not help. My mother called the day team today to explain EVERY DETAIL which was already reported... poor complaint and communication handling from @haringeycouncil

@haringeycouncil @ContactHaringey I've done that and unfortunately you are all useless. I strongly believe that you are waiting for it to kill us so that you can then do a flimsy report to investigate "what went wrong"

Last night @itvlondon No presence or what seems like a genuine concern from the Housing manager or the council. No sense or urgency. This is so distressing.

The refuse chutes on the floor i live in are still blocked 3years on with refuse, which encourages mice and flies in the summer/winter months I completely lost it when i saw a LIVE rat in the toilet basin on Tuesday... housing managers said our issues arent grounds for rehousing
