@imperfecttl The term euro sob was invented by people who don’t understand the game nor the culture. That’s the reason there’d never be a Messi, Maradona, Zidane, Ronaldo(Brazilian)type. Soccer is a universal language, the problem is Americans want to change it only out of ego.

What’s so interesting about the euro soccer fans is that they put down MLS for not having “soccer culture” yet cheer for teams they’ll never see in person. They’ll watch “authentic” euro soccer over supporting their local team to help make American soccer feel more “authentic”.

@TaylorTwellman When your “supporter groups” main identity is nothing but rainbow flags and freaks living in their moms basement as opposed to teams with a true/natural fan culture your ALWAYS gonna lose.
MLS is a manufactured league and it will always show when playing non MLS opposition.

Soccer in the U.S. is a sport dominated by wealthy families. The system is designed to extract as much money as possible, while many parents have no idea what real player development looks like. They end up spending thousands of dollars, only to stand on the sidelines frustrated, shouting, because despite the investment, their child struggles with basic skills like executing a simple one-two pass or changing direction with the ball, even without pressure. 🤷♂️⚽️
