Es ist ok Muslim zu sein. Niemand braucht sich dafür schämen. Es ist ok 5x am Tag zu beten. Das ist weder extrem, noch „islamistisch“. Es ist ok Kopftuch zu tragen. Ihr braucht euch vor niemandem zu rechtfertigen. Es ist ok mehr als 3 Kinder zu haben. Es ist ok in die Moschee zu gehen. Es ist ok halal zu essen. Es ist ok gemäß Scharia zu leben, solange sie gegen deutsches Gesetz nicht verstößt. Es ist vollkommen ok. Ihr seid keine „Fremden“, ihr seid keine „Invasoren“, ihr seid ok, ihr seid willkommen. Ertragt den Hass. Antwortet auf Augenhöhe, aber mit Respekt. Etragt die Sticheleien, ertragt die Heuchelei, ertragt den Spott. Es ist ok.

Stop playing for multiple hours a day. A common problem I see is players thinking that the more they play, the more they improve. More hours doesn’t always mean more progress. It can lead to burnout or bad habits. Make the most of your sessions by staying present and focusing on your weaknesses.
