The roadmap you show your board should not be the roadmap you show your engineers. One needs themes and outcomes. The other needs clarity and sequence. Showing engineers a strategic vision deck wastes 45 minutes. Showing execs a sprint backlog loses them at slide 2. Know your room.

Seems like we’re building things faster, but it terms of getting in front of your target audience, a struggle if you don’t know who they are. Which is a lot of what I’m seeing, build a quick product, make it shinny with AI, but have no idea who your targeting and what problem you’re solving.
