MRI on Tuesday and the closer it gets the more stressed I'm getting which is making my symptoms worse which is making me more stressed and oh no you see the problem here 🙃

@DancyDays It's okay being in the machine is ASS but they give u ear plugs to protect u from the noise and if u stay real still and treat it like nap time you'll be okay I think, last I went I just recited all my vocal stims in my head to pass the time but GOD

@DancyDays I'm so sorry, lovely. Stress is the absolute worst. I really hope that all goes smoothly, crossing my fingers for the best possible outcome.

I try not to show it but my life lately is just shit. I only work one day a week atm because I feel so rough afterwards, my uni course is all online and I'm struggling to look at the screen. Most of my day is spent in a dark room with my eyes closed and its fucking depressing.

I'm not stressed about the process but Im scared what might show up...there's either something in my head that shouldn't be there which is terrifying, or my brain is just not working properly with no clear cause which is still really scary.
