Despues de casi 3 meses @SEUR_responde sigue sin darme respuesta a un envio que han perdido. Alguien sabe como denunciar esto? @FACUA

@SEUR_responde despues de tener mi envio en demora 10 dias los de atención al cliente tienen la cara dura de colgarte y reponder como si fuera culpa tuya .Nunca más un envio por @SEUR .
